IT'S SUMMER!! WE NEED THE SOIL SATURATED TO INSTALL YOUR SIGN! WATER IS OUR LOVE LANGUAGE! PLEASE WATER THREE, YES THREE DAYS IN A ROW PRIOR TO INSTALL!!!

If we cannot install the sign due to dry hard ground, WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND. We charge $75 if we have to go back home and get stands, and the sign will be SIGNIFICANTLY modified. If this is the case, sign delivery time of 7 am is not guaranteed.

Payment:

Payment is required within 72 hours of receipt of the invoice to reserve your greeting. If you are scheduling within three days of your sign delivery date invoice is due upon receipt. Square will send automated reminders to pay your invoice. If payment is not received, we will not deliver your yard sign. If booking within 48 hours, payment is due upon receipt.

Weather:

We set up signs in ALL-WEATHER. However, we will not be able to deliver if there is lightning or extreme weather conditions. If we cannot set up your sign due to extreme weather conditions (i.e., frozen ground, persistent lighting, hazardous road conditions, extreme winds, etc.), you will receive a full refund. If we set up the sign and dangerous weather could damage our signs/stakes or property around them, we reserve the right to pick up your greeting early with notification.

Design:

We will design and customize your yard greeting incorporating the requested color scheme and include as many graphics as possible pending availability at the time of order. We CANNOT guarantee any graphics but will do our best to accommodate requests. We also DO NOT guarantee or take requests for letter colors. The three colors are to help us determine the color scheme of the overall sign, balloons, stars, and birthday graphics.

Installation and Lawn Prep:

We install from 7 pm (sometimes starting as early as 6 pm in winter) until 7 am. Morning installations are guaranteed by 10 am. Graduation setups by 11 am. Setup time cannot be requested, as we work in sequential order from our home. We are very quiet while working in the front yard. We ask that you CLOSE all blinds in the front of the house and leave the porch light on. We wear headlamps, so if you happen to see the lights in your yard, it is us. The sign is picked up the evening after installation up to 36 hours unless noted otherwise in the invoice.

Pets:

Before arrival time, animal waste is to be picked up, we fill not install in yards filled with animal waste, and a refund WILL NOT be issued. Please keep all animals/pets away from the signs. If you have any outdoor pets, please make sure they are put up for the entire duration that the signs are up. You will be responsible for damage by your pets.

***SPRING - FALL INSTALLATION***

From April - October, PLEASE thoroughly saturate THE SOIL (water for THREE DAYS in a row before installation.) We already content with the rocky ground PA provides us, so please soak the lawn. If the soil is too dry, signs will not be secure in the ground. This will cause them to lean, and we may not install all items for the sign. Do the "Screwdriver Test" in SEVERAL spots to ensure we will get our signs in the ground to ensure saturation. We will do everything in our power to install the sign, which includes but is not limited to drilling and hammering stakes into the ground, which tends to be loud and may ruin the surprise. If we cannot install the sign due to dry hard ground, WE DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND. We charge $75 if we have to go back home and get stands, and the sign will be SIGNIFICANTLY modified. If this is the case, sign delivery times are not guaranteed. We understand signs are gifts, and it may not be possible to water the yard. Our corporate policy is that someone from the should know we are coming if that is possible, please ask them to water. If that would ruin the surprise and we have not had a good rain within 24 hours. Please remind us when you received the installation text, and we can plan to bring stands.

***WINTER INSTALLATION***

From November - March, we ask you to please remove snow in the part of the yard you would like the sign located. Signs can take up to an area of 30 x 15 feet. If snow is not removed, we will locate the sign in a location that requires minimal snow removal. If snow is higher than 8 inches, we will install the sign directly into the snow. We will do our best to install heavy-duty and mega stakes in the ground, and we will install the other graphics on top of the snow. If winds are too strong and install cannot be completed, we will issue a refund or reschedule the sign for a different date. Please note that as the snow melts on warmer days, it may begin to lean if the sign is installed into the snow.

***GIFT SIGNS***

We understand some signs are a surprise and are in someone else's yard. Please let us know if that is the case. Our corporate policy when ordering a sign for a home that is not your own, please make someone aware we are coming to the house in the evening. If they live alone, please be sure they would receive the surprise well. We will put our advertising sign up first and hang a surprise door tag on their door to let them know about the surprise. Please ask them to water from April - October.

If the sign is being delivered in a newer development (5 years or newer), let us know, those tend to be very rocky, and we will bring extra tools to hammer or drill the stakes into the ground. If you live on clay, shall, or pure rock, please let us know, and we will bring wooden footers. All porch and indoor signs are installed on stands.

Commercial Businesses/Schools/Parks:

Setup times may vary due to the event time. We also will be prepared with tools for setup on hard and rocky ground. We may require proof of permission that we are allowed to set up in the location.

DO NOT MOW, water, or remove snow around signs. If any of these is visible on the sign, you will receive an invoice for $150 for cleaning fees. Any stolen or damaged signs during the rental period will be the renter's responsibility, including shipping of the replacement items. Signs we install are worth on average $500 - $800, so please DO NOT MOW around them. If lawn service is due that day, call us to pick up the sign-in advance at 610-310-4342.

If there is a sprinkler system or invisible fence, please let us know exactly where to install the sign to prevent these systems' damage. Our stakes are 6 - 8 inches long. SGLV is not responsible for any damage caused to sprinkler lines or invisible dog fences during sign setup and removal.

Day of Installation:

On the day of setup, you will receive a text reminding you that the sign is being set up that evening. If we complete your sign before midnight, we will send you a text of the completed installation. If not, we will text you the following day or email you. There must be a prior agreement of where the greeting will be placed before we arrive. Send a picture reply to the text if you have a specific location you want the sign located. If no agreement has been discussed, we will place the greeting in the most suitable place for the home, landscape, and installation ease. We add solar LED lights to our signs, but they are not guaranteed. Weather permitting, availability and amount of sun received to determine the use of the spotlights.

We will place a small sign in your yard with our company contact information. This sign is unobtrusive and lets the neighbors know where "they can get one". This also alerts passersby that your greeting is the property of Sign Gypsies. Please do not move or hide the company sign. All signs are property of Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley. The renter is responsible for any lost, damaged, or missing items.

We strive for perfection at Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley. Although rare, we are human and sometimes make a mistake with spelling or receive a request with incorrect spelling. Please notify us as soon as possible if there is an error in spelling by CALLING 610-310-4342 or emailing leighvalley@signgypsies.com.

Sign Safety:

To avoid injury and for everyone's safety, please DO NOT reposition, play, lean, or remove signs. We will bill $150 for moved or repositioned signs. Our items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult leaning, sitting, or playing on it. We will not be held liable for injuries or damages due to children or adults playing on or near our yard sign displays. Sign Gypsies and all representatives are not responsible or liable for any injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during the setup or removal of any rental. If the sign needs to be moved, please call 610-310-4342.

Hold Harmless Agreement:

Customer agrees to protect, defend, indemnify Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley and hold its employees and agents free and harmless from and against any and all losses, penalties, damages, settlements, costs, charges, professional fees, or other expenses or liabilities of every kind and character arising out of or relating to any and all claims, liens, demands, obligations, actions, proceedings or causes of action of every kind and character in connection with or arising directly or indirectly out of the Sign Gypsies Lehigh Valley rental agreement. The customer further agrees to investigate, handle, respond to, provide defense for any such claims, etc., at his/her sole expense and agrees to bear all other costs and fees related to it, even if it (claims, etc.) is groundless, false or fraudulent. The agreement is in effect for the rental process's duration as defined by the rental agreement's effective dates.

Cancellation:

All cancellations must be made 72 hours before the sign delivery date for a refund less transaction fees of 7%. Greetings canceled less than 72 hours before the SCHEDULED delivery will result in forfeiture of payment.

Please send us one via text of the sign! We do not post day pictures with people without permission, and if children are in them, we will typically only put them in our stories unless we have permission.

Payment is an agreement to the terms and conditions of this agreement.
