How long is the rental?
Approximately, but not always 24 hours, we start installation and pick up at 7 pm (sometimes as early as 5 pm on busy nights or in winter when it gets dark earlier), and will map our route accordingly, for pick ups and deliveries. Furthermore an additional day is for the day after and is also not a guaranteed 24 hours.
Will the sign blow away?
We install signs via two methods, directly into the ground and via footers. Both will be secured before leaving the installation site. However, should there be high winds or severe storms, we cannot always guarantee the letter will not be taken out of the ground. If this happens, please call us immediately to remove or fix the sign.
Can we add an extra day?
Yes, for $40 a day you can keep the sign an extra day. This excludes seasonal signs.
How do I know my sign is booked?
When you receive an invoice and the invoice is paid. All invoices are cancelled after 3 days. If you decide you do want the sign after 3 days just send us an email and we will send a new invoice. It takes us up to 5 days to get an invoice to you, so if you need your sign within 24 hours send us a text message 610-310-4342.
How big are the signs?
It depends on the package selected. Typically we require about 30 foot by 5 foot area to place out sign. But if you have a small yard no problem!! We will make a sign work in any yard! Graphics and letters are anywhere from 12 to 60 inches.
Can you see the signs at night?
Yes, you will be able to tell a sign is in the yard. The signs are large. If it is located in a well light area it is very visible. We add solar LED lights to our signs, but they are not guaranteed. Weather permitting, availability, and amount of sun received determine the use of the spotlights.
Can we mow the yard after install?
No, please do not mow. If there is evidence of mowing we will charge a $50 cleaning fee. Any and ALL damage to signs is the responsibility of the renter.
Can we set up a sign in an apartment complex?
Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot set up in an apartment complex. We can install a sign in HOA developments, townhome plans, in front of hospitals, strip malls, and any place that our signs will fit. Please call the HOA or property managers in advance to make sure we have approval before ordering an install.
Can we move the signs?
No, there is a $50 fee for moving the signs. Please call us if you would like your sign relocated or taken out of the yard. We put this information on the door hanger and ad sign in case someone receives a surprise sign.
